The outdoors will be beautiful, with wrap around terrace space. It will include barbeque stations, bar and dining spaces and more. 528 underground parking spaces will be provided out of which 56 will be for non-residential usage. 14 car share slots will be available. A commercial parking area, albeit limited will be provided.

Navigating the E2 neighborhood.

Located close to various amenities, E2 condominiums have a walk score of 98/100. Remarkably, it is close to an underground railway which can be accessed through an underground walkway. You can access your office or home without having to venture outside by taking the walkway to Yonge subway, the Eglington crosstown LRT and more. Bus routes are accessible too. Although traffic in Don Valley Parkway via Bayview Avenue is heavy, it is still a few minutes' drive away. Moreover, most areas are accessible through side streets. Investing in the E2 Condo Project is a good idea as renting out spaces is a lucrative business. This has been voted the number one community to live in.
